Heart Internet certainly isn’t a new player to the game. With over a decade experience, they’ve grown to become one of the largest hosting providers in the UK. They also have a couple of unique features which set them out above the others including assisting in local community schemes in the area they are based and support and sponsorship for conferences across the UK.

Reviews

When reviewing a company however, it’s important to look at them as a whole, and from reading the reviews it seems customer support is an area which they need to improve upon.

They consistently received good reviews on TrustPilot, with an average review of 8.6/10.

Our Review

Heart Internet offer a great range of packages which are competitively priced. There are only a couple of down-sides for us.

They do not offer telephone support. If you want to take advantage of their ’24/7 UK support’ you’ll need to submit a ticket.

They do not offer ‘CPanel’. This acts as your website control panel. CPanel is the industry standard and unfortunately, some web hosts create their own version of a control panel which is harder to use, and less effective.
